Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe to the tivon.io newsletter, I collect:

• Your email address (and any other information you choose to provide in the signup form, such as your name).

I use Mailchimp to manage subscriptions and send emails. Mailchimp may also collect and store technical metadata associated with the signup, such as your IP address and the date/time you subscribed.

Basic site logs

Like most websites, my hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information when you visit (for example: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps). I use this information for security and troubleshooting.

How I use your information

I use subscriber information to:

• Send you the emails you requested (newsletter updates)
• Manage subscriptions (including unsubscribes and bounce handling)
• Maintain and improve the reliability and security of the site and email delivery

Email communications and unsubscribing

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time. If you unsubscribe, I will stop sending emails to your address.

How I share information

I do not sell your personal information.

I share subscriber information only with service providers needed to operate the newsletter:

• Mailchimp (email marketing platform) — used to collect subscriptions and send newsletter emails.

Mailchimp processes information on my behalf under its own privacy and security practices.

Data retention

I keep newsletter subscription information for as long as you remain subscribed, or until it is deleted as part of routine list management. You can request deletion at any time using the contact information below.

Your choices

• Newsletter: subscribe or unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Deletion request: you may request that I delete your subscription information.

Children’s privacy

tivon.io is not intended for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
